Carl Johengen, Polymer Clay Artisan and Teacher

Handmade Polymer Clay Mosaics, Jewelry and Other Items

I have shown my work at Rochester's Corn Hill Festival and Park Avenue Festival. I'm an active teacher and writer; I've taught
classes at
The Stamp Pad (Rochester), The Crafting Cottage (Corning), and Michaels Arts and Crafts (Rochester), demos and
classes for the Western New York and Southern Ontario Polymer Clay Guilds, demos at the 2004 and 2005 Shrine Mont retreats
(sponsored by NPCG), workshops at the Handweaving Museum and Arts Center (Clayton NY), and "Polymer Clay Techniques
for Beginners", a four-session course for those new to Polymer Clay. My projects have appeared in several crafting publications,
including Rubber Stamper and
PolymerCAFE Magazines. My work has been featured in a "Shoebox" segment of the Carol Duvall
Show on HGTV, where Carol gave my work high praise. Click

I'm a former board member of the National Polymer Clay Guild; check out their website at
